  • Dressage Saddles – Used
  • Personalized or custom-made equipment
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products with removed tags or damaged packaging

We carefully inspect all used saddles before sale and provide detailed descriptions to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to Marys Tack and Feed Store, 3350 Tenmile, Newport News, US 23607 using a trackable service
  5. Processing: We process refunds or exchanges within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Exchange Process
