Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and to ensure the safety and quality of our equestrian equipment, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Close Contact Saddles/All Purpose – Used
- Dressage Saddles – Used
- Any personalized or custom-made equipment
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
We carefully inspect all used saddles before sale and provide detailed descriptions to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at Marys Tack and Feed Store, 3350 Tenmile, Newport News, US 23607. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
